Mindful Relating was founded on a simple belief: meaningful change in our relationships begins with presence, awareness, and compassion. Many people come here seeking more clarity, more connection, or a healthier way of communicating. About Me
I’ve guided individuals and couples in understanding their relational patterns, strengthening communication, and cultivating emotional awareness. My background includes extensive training in attachment dynamics, relationship systems, and mindfulness-based relational practices.
I bring a warm, grounded, and direct approach to this work. I’m supportive and non-judgmental, while also being clear and honest about what helps people move forward. My focus is on helping clients create more intentional, emotionally aligned relationships with themselves and with one another.
