Mindful Relating was founded on a simple belief: meaningful change in our relationships begins with presence, awareness, and compassion. Many people come here seeking more clarity, more connection, or a healthier way of communicating. My role is to support that journey with grounded, practical guidance that helps you show up differently and more intentionally.

About Me
I’m Nazanin Jourabloo, with a doctorate in psychology. My background includes extensive training in attachment-focused and evidence-based approaches, with experience supporting individuals and couples in understanding relational patterns and emotional dynamics.
Mindful Relating is a coaching and growth-oriented practice. It focuses on awareness, connection, and present-focused relational development, offering support for growth rather than clinical treatment.
Through Mindful Relating, I support individuals and couples in strengthening communication, deepening empathy, and developing healthier ways of relating that feel secure, supportive, and aligned with who they are.
I bring a warm, grounded, and direct approach to this work. I’m supportive and non-judgmental, while also being clear and honest about what helps people move forward. My focus is on helping clients build more intentional, emotionally aligned relationships with themselves and with one another.
